Handling Difficult Conversations

In this session we look at ‘style’ and identify those situations that are best resolved using the right style. Aristotle said ‘anyone can get angry that is easy, but to be angry at the right time, with the right person and in the right way, that is not easy’. This session will help those participating to be part of the solution and not part of the problem.
