"Compliance with Health & Safety
legislation is a legal obligation, not an option.
Non-compliance is subject to criminal prosecution"
What makes us different??
"We provide you with a free confidential
on-site Initial Health & Safety Assessment Report."

Every business has different requirements.
We provide a range of bespoke, relevant and appropriate services, some
of those services are detailed below:
Safety Audits. The Health & Safety Executive
and your Insurance Companies need to see that your business is aware of
all the issues you need to comply with, in fact, it is a criminal offence
for businesses not to do so. We can undertake an audit of your premises,
activities and documentation and turn it into a prioritised action plan
that can be managed within your resources.
Risk Assessments. Probably the most important aspect
of Health & Safety compliance. Not having undertaken and documented
risk assessments on all of your activities could leave you facing criminal
charges. Magistrates' Courts can impose fines of up to £20,000 for
each offence and/or imprisonment, while Crown Courts can impose unlimited
fines and/or imprisonment. We can undertake these risk assessments with
you.
Management Systems. We can produce a bespoke Health
& Safety Management System which includes the statutory policy statement,
the identification of responsibilities and all other documentation that
may be required.
Competent Person Health & Safety legislation requires all businesses
to appoint a competent person to be responsible for Health and Safety
management and issues. For businesses which have no-one competent to undertake
this task, we can act for you in that capacity whilst your staff receive
training. For companies which already have competent staff, we can provide
advice and support.
Support Services. Many businesses find it difficult
to keep up to date with changes in legislation. We can provide you with
up to date information and keep a management system up to date.
We can also provide compliance visits when we can "hold your hand"
by visiting your premises on a planned or unplanned basis.
